Weird PSE problem...

For the last few days (computer has been shut down and restarted several times since) my PSE 6 has had a really odd problem. Everything I type is in capitals :confused: no matter what font I use. "Caps Lock" makes no difference, the font makes no difference and it's only when I use PSE - as you can see I'm not typing this in capitals LOL!

Any ideas please as it's driving me mad...:p

Oh I know...hold on...gotta go power up a computer that has PSE in it...it drove me nuts too!

I know nothing of palettes and what not in PSE, but if there's one for text, is the Small Caps button pushed? In CS4 it's a large capital T followed by a smaller capital T. Unclick it if it's clicked.

Ok type a line of text...then follow these instructions:

My son's laptop doesn't have enough RAM to display it properly in PSE...so had to look at his and figure it out...then screen capture in CS3. That should do it.

In CS3...there is another spot you can reset it easily...but couldn't find the same thing in PSE. Hope this helps.

^^yep, that's what i do in CS3 anytime a tool starts acting funky. LOL
