View Full Version : PS help - creating a brush
I'm working with one of Lauren's doodle templates and I don't want the doodle to be in black, I want it in a different color. Typically I would select the doodle and then define it as a brush, then stamp it on my layout in my desired color. But when I make the selection of the doodle and go to Edit the "define as brush set" option is grayed out and I can't use it. Help? Any ideas? I really need this doodle in a color....
ETA: I'm using PSCS3

it's prolly bigger than 2500px if it's greyed out.. you could just select the doodle & make a new layer on top of it and flood fill it a diff colour.

Or you can just resize to 2500px and then you can define it as a brush.

Or in your layer pallette go to the styles and select color overlay.
