I recently ordered 2 new books, one from shutterfly because I had a free 8x8 book, and I had a small book for Keira. Anyhow, it was suppose to be here by the 5th, I've never had shutterfly stuff be late, I emailed them and they're sending me another copy of it because they said since it's been MIA for 2 days its considered lost.
Next, Viovio, I'm not sure if its because I did the quick binding or not, but some of the pages were kind of loose in the book and I sent them an email and they're reprinting it for me. I upgraded to the pro binding and it only cost $4.
So, I love them both. Amazing customer service.
