I'm new to the sweet rewards process and I didn't see the answer to my question in the FAQ so please pardon this probable repeat...
When do we typically receive our discount/rewards once the month is over? Just want to make sure I'm all geared up and ready to shop. :)
TIA!!

Yes, if you're collecting points for the month of May, you'll get your code in June. USUALLY it's the first Monday-Friday of the month, unless there is a special event going on that will interfere with the discount (like we had a 3-day sale for NSD in May, so April's discount was put off a week).

I'm sure Meg will come and answer this too but sometimes if the first full week lands on the 1st of the month (like June will) sometimes they delay it a week and also Robin is on vacation and she gives Meg the codes......so depending on when she returns that might have an effect on sweet rewards too!!! But no worries....that just means another Saturday of New Releases to add to your wishlist!!!! or at least that's the BRIGHT side I always look at when I'm itching to shop with my discount!!! :D :D :D

Any chance we could accumulate and roll-over points, 'cos I just can't scrap/ create that fast to make up to any discount... pretty please???

We used to have rollover challenges, but when moved to the challenge a day format we stopped doing that.
I think keeping track of rollover points would be a bigger headache than the tracker already is lol...not sure I'm up for that :0/ sorry. I do think though maybe the hybrid challenge could potentially be worth more points b/c usually there's a lot more to it than just scrapping a layout. That might be something we can approach for the next month and see if that helps. I know you do do that challenge every month. (not a lot do)
I think reward redemption this month will be the 8th-12th (NOT positive) I know it won't be tomorrow though for SR.

Oh that would be nice - but I was really just being cheeky and asking! All the rules are up front and easy enough, and I'm grateful for the challenge to get me creating and trying new things. Really!
I can well imagine what a pain in the bum keeping track of all the points must be (I won't be volunteering for that job!), without even considering anything such as roll-overs - but still, I do wish I could earn something ;)

Hey Meg...I had an idea a couple months ago and since you all are thinking of maybe "changing" one the challenges and it's points value....I'll go ahead and throw out my suggestion!!!! :p
I know one of the big "losses" of the old way was the 2pts. for the new release. I'll admit I miss it but I TOTALLY understand it being taken away....but I got to think what would be a good way to "re introduce" that beloved 2 point option!?!?!
What if you offered a 1pt bonus to scrappers that finished a challenge within 24 hours of it being posted and make it using 90-95% of SSD goodies. Cause even though most of them have a 1 week deadline I still find myself putting them off till the last minute :D
You wouldn't necessarily have to make it every challenge, it could be like 2 or 3 a week and every month it could be different. But I know with summer coming and people goin on vacations and just being away from the computer more it might still keep the challenge participation "UP" and it might even draw back a few of those scrappers that gave up when the new system started!!!
This is all just suggestions and I know that not everything I possible...but hey...it can't hurt throwing it out there...RIGHT!?!?!?!!?!
