Hope y'all stay safe! I'll say a prayer for y'all!
thanks deb! We had some damaging winds right to the west of me. They calmed down some by the time they reached me. We had some rotation, but no tornadoes. This last week has just been some bad weather!

Thanks so much for checking! Yes we got hit HARD with some major scarey weather. I left the house earlier today (right before dinner time) to take the kids and their friend to the craft store and we grabbed some food at Taco Bell. Well, wouldn't ya know that's when we got hit. It went from nothing to freaking scarey within seconds. And I'm glad I drove home right away when it started because it only got worse and worse. We lost power for a bit but surprisingly it came back on quick. A huge shocker considering how bad it was out. The kids were all scared and hiding and they piled up a bunch of flashlights to be prepared for when the power went out again. I am actually going to get off of here and shut my computer down so that it doesn't get messed up. It's not as bad right now but it comes and goes. Very odd. Since dinner time we got hit hard 3 times with only about 5 minutes of stopping time in between. Man, that last spurt we had shook the house so bad I thought it would fall apart!
I hope that you guys are okay over there. Is it all still moving your way? I'll be praying that we all stay safe and that this ends soon!

Thank goodness you all are safe!! I watched kdka from about 7Pm till almost 11PM man you guys, Green, Fayette and West Moreland just kept getting pounded!!! Thankfully we only got rain and a little bit of lightning, it seemed that the storm turned further south at the last minute and we were spared!!!!!
I hope you all are spared any of the flooding they were taking about....mane some of the footage they were showing (around Greentree and West Penn, I think) was freaking terrible!!! :(

We had like 3 spurts of severe thunderstorms earlier in the week. I'm glad you are ok. Our weather alert kept going off...do you all have one of them?
