Lemonade stand

I'm having my huge yard sale next weekend, and Benjamin wants to set up a "refreshment stand" LOL.

What's the going rate for a glass of lemonade at a stand? LOL

LOL! I guess that depends on the size of cup! hehe! 50 cents a cup is normal for those small cups around here.

I think 50 cents would be a good price. Its usually the aww, factor that gets ya. I know I have stopped and bought before even though I hate lemonade. lol

He's almost 9, perhaps I should have little Rae run the stand. She's only 4 and SO tiny...super cute...and we might make more money LOL

In my area, I've seen up to $1 a cup... then they also sell cookies or popcorn and bottles of water... I heard from one family in the neighborhood that they do this every year and the kids have enough money for the summer.

yes, have rae help. the smaller the are, the more you'll sell. i think 50 cents is a good price for a small styrofoam cup of ice cold lemonade on a warm summers day. ;)

Garage sales around here sometimes have coolers of pop out too and they sell those quick. I bet Rae would bring in some cash. :D :D :D

At our robotics garage sale...pop at 50 cents sold faster than the regular items did!

I remember we had a garage sale when I was a kid and we sold lemonade. We didn't sell much though because it ended up being freakin' COLD that weekend, lol. We should have switched to coffee. ;)
