lol I just squealed in the bathroom and scared ce ^_^

so you all saw my post yesterday.. and how I said I've been stuck at this # for WL for a while..

well I weighed myself 3 times- cause I didn't believe it.. but I'm officially in the 140's!! :] (ok 149.. but it's nice to see that 4 LOL).

La - that is SO awesome!! Good for you! You are going to be my inspiration - I'm tall (5'9") and need to lose 45 lbs to be to my goal weight of 145...

you can totally do it jae :] A year ago.. I thought I was going to be stuck where I was foreeeeever. LOL. and now, after going through all of that.. I'm soo close to my final goal.. it's making me giddy today LOL

Congrats, that is awesome! I was 150 pounds for years and all of the sudden I am able to loose some weight am at 141 right now and so thrilled. Goal is 132. Wooot, we can do it, yes we can! *lol*

You should be very proud of yourself La! Congratulations! You can be my inspiration too - I've got 40lbs. to lose and can't find the motivation to do so. It's easier to just eat what I want. LOL

Soooo...tell how you did it? What was the kicker for you? Did you follow a program? Drink water? Excercise?? Spill please!
