Omg. I just did level 3 for the first time. KILLER!!!

BUT, I'm totally seeing results in my toning, and LOVING it! Not so much on the weight LOSS, but I'm all about the toning. My mid-section is NOTICEABLY smaller thanks to the constant ab workout in these levels.

I bought 3lb weights yesterday and used them for level 3. NOT a good idea. My arms are DEAD! Lol! I might go back to 2lb-ers for a day or two, lol.

I dont do the 30 day shred but I did do one that required weights and had multiple levels once you found it was getting easier to do. I found alternating with and without weights helped keep it from hurting so much. Especially when I was changing levels on what I was doing. I worked out at that time pretty much everyday with different activites on different days. I noticed a huge difference pretty quickly and could see my stomach was getting alot more toned as were my arms and my legs epsecially (my legs were the first thing I noticed because I was walking ALOT!!)

ETA: I need to start doing something again too...I just dont get the chance anymore because I like to workout alone and my husband is home all the time now!!

Woman, make your husband sit in another room while you workout. If you need to do it, no excuses! I make Jordan go down the hall for 30 minutes every night, whether he likes it or not. Working out is bad enough without having him watch me jiggle in awful places! LOLOL!

I do love how much better I feel about myself. I've been going for 3 weeks (4-5 days a week depending on our schedules and where we are for the weekend) and I just FEEL GOOD! It's awesome!

I think after level 3 gets too easy (which may take a while, lol) I'm gonna pick up the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt. and my girlfriend just recommended Denise Austin's Fat Blast, so I'll prob get that too.

I'm on day 4 of the 30 Day Shred. Ugh!! It's sooo hard - and that's level 1!!! I'm waiting for it to ease up. How fast were you able to move up to the next level? My sister started it also and she's 2 days behind me. Can't wait to see if I start seeing results.

LOL that is exactly why I dont like working out in front of him too. After having three kids my body is defenitely not what it once was. Not that he would have any room to talk because neither is his :p

I had two videos that I did. One was a three mile walk which was HARD!!! I mean I regularly walked like 10 miles a day and would take three kids to sea world and busch gardens on the weekend and stay for 10 hours and not be bothered but I had a hard time finishing the 3 mile walk video. Then I did another one which was like Tae-bo I think? It was alot of kicking and punching. I loved that one. My kids broke it though :(

Kelli just stick with it!! I know it's hard, but I promise it's worth it!!

I did 5 days on level 1, and then noved to level 2. But I also started it beforehand and quit, so I was kinda already used to level 1 to start off. Then 2 sets of 4 day weeks at level 2. Our schedule this summer is nuts, with weekends out of town. But when we're home, I do the dang workout. I'll probably be at level 3 for at least 2 weeks (2 weeks of 4-5 days a week).

Um, does buying the video and having it sitting by the DVD player for 30 days count? 'Cause that's how I'm doing it. :D

I was trying not to. I failed. :o I have never, ever worked out to the point of throwing up before. I used to do a serious yoga class 5 days a week with an hour of cardio 4x/week...but that was nothing compared to this video. It seriously takes me down. And talk about sore...yikes!

I've been doing it this way for about 6 weeks. I'm definitely starting to see results.

Oh man Jennifer, that's nuts! I try not to do the modified too, but if I'm really dying, I go down to that level, lol. I DEF did the modified twice on level 3, lol.

Ha Jennifer! I almost threw up on the first night of level 1!!!

I just finished my workout for the night. Still on level 1. I didn't have hand weights but my neighbor let me borrow hers so I used them tonight. Tomorrow will be a new kind of sore! I am getting through the workout much better. I did really good on the push ups tonight (modified - duh!!)

OMG! I am soooooo scared! I was gonna start this this week (Was gonna start last week but the flu got in the way..like the vomitting flu...lol) and now I don't wanna. Is it really doable for someone completely out of shape? and how long does it take to notice results? It sounds like torture so i want some results pronto! :D

I have done the workouts, and I started out seriously out of shape. Just modify anything that is too hard for you to do. Like I refuse to do jumping jacks (big boobs and bad knees LOL) so I just jog in place. As long as you keep your heart rate up (or you are breathing heavy and sweating...) your still going to get a good workout.
