after my first workout session on a cross trainer/elliptical machine??? We bought one yesterday...I've realised my backside is heading south quicker than what it should and my jelly belly is getting harder to tuck into the jeans (how's that for some nice visuals for ya :D) so I HAVE to do some sort of exercise.
I'm scared...I got on it for 3 minutes and had wobbly legs, was puffed and needed to have a sit down. How on earth am I going to keep going for 20 minutes or something stupid like that.
Anyhoo wish me luck...tomorrow morning is my first official session....I'm gonna be crying like a baby afterwards

You'll work up to it pretty quickly, Fee. I did about 3 little mini-sessions when I first started. I had it on the lowest setting, did as far as I could, stopped, came back and did some more It wasn't the perfect aerobic exercise, but it allowed me to start building up stamina to the point where I could get into the right cycle for good exercise.

Yeah, it won't take long and you'll get there! I need to get back on that routine again too. I hate when I get off of routines. :(

I'm sitting here with a bag of ice on my leg from doing the shred video. An cross trainer/elliptical machine would probably kill me! :p

Fee, you'll work up to 20 minutes in no time! Just take it easy in the beginning so you don't get so sore that you'll never want to get on it again. Good luck!
