I forgot to take something out of the freezer to make for dinner, so I'm sitting here pondering what to make for dinner. It's got to be WW friendly, which makes most "quick" things hard. So help me out here...

What are you having for dinner tonight?

We're having breakfast :)

Well that would be my kids vote, but DH doesn't believe in breakfast for dinner. We only do that when he travels for business. I hope you enjoy!

We're having polish sausage, corn on the cob and breaded zucchini. It's a good think we don't need carbs *giggle*

We're having breakfast :)

I think we are too, probably pancakes and hash brown potatoes. Unless DH isn't in the mood for breakfast, then we'll be having fettucine alfredo and a vegetable.

We are having marinated grilled veggies (bell peppers - red yellow and orange, mushrooms and onions) with goat cheese and brownies for desert. DH is supposed to stop at the store for some grilling meat of his choice as well.

Pizza. DS has Kindergarten Open House tonight. There's no time to eat before we go and not enough time after to make anything else before bedtime.

usually when I forget to pull something out of the freezer and it needs to be WW friendly, I head for Taco Bell and order off of the fresco menu!!! YUMMY!!!

But tonight I remembered to pull something out and we are having Beef Roll-ups. It's ground beef mixed with mushrooms, bell pepper, onions and wrapped in bacon. I need to look up the points. But I'll have a salad as the side. Should be ok.

Burgers, but we are using the new sandwich thins- they are much lower in calories/carbs, as they are way thinner than normal buns. Hope you find something good!

Salsa chicken! Super quick and easy dish. I'm excited--this is the first meal I've cooked since the end of July. Travel and returning to a broken A/C unit don't work for cooking at home. LOL!

We had Poppyseed Chicken and Peas. It was one of the meals I made last week at My Covert Kitchen. Love that they include WW points on the meal...super simple to plan the day.

BTW...I know this doesn't help you at all Juli :(

salsbury steak sandwiches. Reheated. Had one for lunch - super yummy. Not bad in points when combined with a salad and FF dressing. I was full from my one sandwhich last night! :) And for lunch, too.

Well, being that I was at the college with my son getting his books, I was running late for work, and my dh was building a spot to put our new water heater on tomorrow....I drove through Taco Bell!
