emails with weird dates

Lately I have been getting alot of emails that are dated as 01-01-02. Im not sure why but its kinda weird. Anyone else have that problem? I know its either my service screwing up or whoever sending it has something going on with their email service. It only really happens with my main email address through my cable company. Never get them on yahoo or msn.

I get them on yahoo in my spam folder. Dates like 01-01-1938 or 12/31/2037. I just delete them

yea these are emails advertising stuff but for some reason they never go into spam. so annoying.
