Here is this morning's conversation...

Me: " So... next Friday is my birthday... do you have any plans to give me cash to buy digi supplies?"
DH: "Ahh... I haven't really thought about it... why?"
Me: "Well... there is the second annual going, going, gone sale at SSD."
DH: "Okay..."
Me: "And there are some things I want to buy..."
DH: "Okay... so, how much are we talking about?"
Me: "Well... if I buy what I want on my FIRST pass through the list... it's $77.13"
DH: "Okay..."
Me: "So, how much are you going to give me for my birthday?"
DH: "I don't know... what about $35? You know you are getting a new laptop by the end of the year... that is a part of this year's birthday, christmas, mother's day and your birthday next year... "
Me: "WHAT???!!!!!??? Didn't you hear me... I said $77!"
DH: "It doesn't matter what I say... you are going to by what you want in the end anyway..."

DH: mumbling... "I need to find a way to block SSD on our router..."

****And might I add on the laptop... I'm only getting a laptop of my own because he is sick of my hogging his all night long.
