Is it too early in the day to be asking this question?
What are you planning to serve for dinner tonight? I have some boneless chicken breast defrosting in the fridge at home. No idea how I'm going to prepare or what I'm serving along side - I'm hoping to find some inspiration.
Last night we had BBQ Brisket sandwiches with Mac and Cheese and apples (simple because it was library night)

I dunno yet...Kristen is having her first Brownies meeting at 6:30 and DH doesn't normally get home until then. Maybe chicken tacos?

We just had some grilled chicken (ready made from the shop), corn on the cob and potato salad. I was starving after work so I had to have something quick;)

Either tacos (mmmm) or chicken soup I think. It's a comfort food night for me because Aunt Flo is pounding on the door. Ugh.

Gah! I have no idea. I'm out of "quickandeasybecausemomissickerthansick" recipes. I suppose I'll throw some chicken in the crockpot and call it dinner.

I think I'm going to make parmesan baked chicken. I was going to do that recipe for Firecracker shrimp and then have a tortellini salad, but I don't have all the ingredients for the tortellini, so I'll do that tomorrow!

Ham and Cheese biscuits (biscuit dough with deli ham and cheese in the middle) and glazed carrots. Mmm REAL gourmet!

We have been really lazy with supper lately, just been throwing in easy food when we feel like eating. Need to break that soon.
