Thanksgiving's passed and NOW I want to cook turkey

I'm a real doof. We don't do Thanksgiving as a family for various reasons, but all the turkey talk made me pick up some turkey breast fillets at Costco last night. :blink: Not just a couple breast fillets or something - no. I had to get the Costco version. I know...I'm the turkey now. :p

So I need some really good comfort food-style turkey recipes so that I use these up. Any suggestions?

You can basically take any of your favorite chicken recipes and sub the turkey. Cook times might be a touch different, but not by much.
