Sinus Headache... wahhhhh! :(

Seriously, this sinus headache is for the birds. It makes me wanna cry. My head feels like its going to explode. :cursing:

I guess this is what happens when it's 30 degrees out on one day, and 68 the next...

This happens to me so much I have "chronic sinusitis" and I have sinus headaches pretty much daily. I hate it, and the weather makes it so much worse! I feel your pain totally!

Ugh, I so feel your pain. We get major swings in temperature too and the aftermath is not pretty. I've ended up with ice packs on my face just to try to numb some of the pain. Seriously not fun. :thumbdown:

I don't know if this would help you but since we live in such a super dry climate, I've found that running our humidifier more has made a HUGE difference for me. Like I've gone from sinus headaches every day to maybe one every two weeks or less.
