I am always impressed with them: the quality of their products, their super fast production and shipping times... the fact that when I call there I am never on hold for very long and then I get to talk to a REAL person who always knows the answer to my question, or can quickly find out the answer.
This morning I placed 2 orders for Christmas cards for a friends. I checked the order status around 1pm and the one set already shipped! The other set said "Exception: Customer Service." So I clicked over to the CONTACT page on their site to get their number and give them a call.
As I started to dial the number on my phone, the phone rang and it was a number I didn't recognize. I answered, and it was... WHCC Customer Service! They said that the back of the second card had a tiny white line at the very bottom and although it would mostly likely be cut off when trimmed, they didn't want to take any chances - so they wanted to let me know they were canceling that order and wanted me to fix the design and submit a new order. I resubmitted a new order right away, and the status already says "Production Complete. Premium Packaging."
Seriously - they never cease to amaze me. And for all of you who rec'd them, THANK YOU! :thumbup:
