Sadie (my beagle) has been in heat. getting her fixed just kept getting put on the back burner these last few months. oops. our golden retriever isn't fixed either, and i didnt think that it was physically possible for the two to have puppies, lol. well, i did some research last night and immediately found this page. (http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/beago.htm) A Beago? Beagle Retriever? :D just great, lol. they're cute, kind what i expected; either a slightly bigger beagle or a smaller sized golden, lol. and i find it hilarious that the offspring of two purebreds are called 'hybrids'. Like, "look what i made, a puppy" :D :D i hope she's not, because what the hell will i do with a bunch of pupppies. i'm thinking of taking her in and having them check, if she's not then i'll get her fixed immediately. should have done it a long time ago. my fault, lol.

so, if she has pups, anyone near me is welcome to one. free! :D

Ooops! :) It does look like the puppies would be cute! We adopted a Boxer/Cocker Spaniel Mix from the shelter last spring. She's turning out to look like a very small boxer with cocker spaniel ears! She's a real sweetie though! Good luck!

Please get her fixed. Asap. Preferrably have both of them fixed. I can look up some low cost spay/neuter options for you if you need me to.

this is funny cause i want a puppy and i was thinking about a beagle or a retriever. :) i really really want one - to walk and train, but convincing DH is not going so well.

Our baby basset hound will be here Feb. 12th..they're supposed to be notoriously stubborn and hard to train. I may be regretting this decision in a month or so lol...his cuteness factor may outweigh the trouble though :)

Corey you could probably check with your local ASPCA or animal control because they do spay/neutering really cheap. Like down here for a cat its 10/20 dollars and for a dog its like 20/30 dollars. Adding a rabies shot is only like 5 dollars more.
