We took the girls bowling tonight...emma (who's 4) has gone before, but madelyn (almost 2) has never been. Can I just tell you, we had SO much fun. I honestly haven't been bowling in like, 10 years and just, they're enthusiasm made it so much more fun. Every time we'd throw the ball down the lane, madelyn would go, "yah babay" and want a high five LOL seriously, never would have thought that 10 years ago...I'd be posting something like this.

aahh.

lol...oh, no! I always get all worked up if we are doing something fun and I don't have my camera. Like I am wasting good scrapping memories.

It's a great story even without photos.

There are tons of little bowling embellies in Bowl A Rama by Traci Reed and Dani Mogstad

or Libby has a great paper in 7-10 Split with a pin and a ball on it (and probably just enough room to put your story.

I get frustrated with myself when I "miss" a photo opportunity. But there are times when you just don't have photos. Scrap anyway. (and reading about the "yah babay" and the high fives will help you remember it in your mind). Little kids make life so wonderful.

Well I never ever thought of bowling as a sport for my sons ... we just happened upon it by accident. lol The boys have been on a bowling league for two years now and really enjoy it. I think you should scrap that event even without photos! ...and go back again to get pics! Those kits in the store are fun ... and I have a lot of layouts with both of them in my gallery ... with more layouts to come.

Our local bowling alley has "homeschool bowling league" for ages 4 and up...the kids have a blast!
