First, Shelly is great to work with! And her turn around is fabulous.
I told her that I liked this bag (http://pinkpunkboutique.com/boutique/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=17&products_id=67), but that I needed something to accomodate my cloth diapers, as well. She didn't add much to the bag, but she did make it a touch bigger to fit. I picked out the fabrics. I also ordered a matching camera strap, changing pad, and wallet.
Here is the inside:

As you can see, there is plenty of room for our cloth, my camera, camera accessories, and the roll is the changing pad. It's really not any bigger than other diaper bags I've owned.
This is the preview pic she sent me, and then, I have a pic that I took.

Really, if you're looking for something unique, I would suggest Shelly at Pink Punk!
ETA: my pic shows the true colors of the fabric. It's a muted fabric, not as vivid, like in her pic.
