My SIL has gone to the Etsy. She makes adorable handmade books, and is working on a line of chocolates that look amazing! Keep an eye out because her chocolates look professional (she did go to culinary school and worked in a high end restaurant in Boston).

ETA: She has more pictures on her facebook fan page of what has sold than what is currently in her store.

I'm a total Etsy addict! If you're looking for children's items, read on...
My daughter's 1st birthday party was a DIY/Etsy ladybug themed bash. I ordered all of the basics (invitations, decorations, some of her outfit, cake topper, etc.) from Etsy sellers and hand assembled and DIYed the rest. I could go on listing everyone I used but here are two of my favorites:
If you're looking for tutus or tutu dresses for a little girl, Mom2TwoGals is phenomenal! She has a quick turnaround time and the quality of her work is excellent. Her tutus are super soft (not scratchy tulle) and all of my purchases from her have held up well with not a single defect so far. She worked with me to create the cutest tutu for my little ladybug to wear on her birthday. All of her products are entirely customizable, down to the ribbon, flower, and headband colors. Here's the link to her store: http://www.etsy.com/shop/mom2twogals
And of course, photos of my little lady in her sweet outfit so that you can see the quality (I handmade the ladybug on her onesie):

Here you can see how well she pulled off the two-toned look I was going for:

Before I wrap this up, I can't leave out the customized onesies made by ThreeCsCustomDesigns -- perfect for boys and girls! I scoured Etsy for an affordable seller and hit big with her. You have control over every detail from the applique design, to the fabric selection and wording. Most onesies run around $16 + shipping and her turnaround time is very quick, too. You can find her shop here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/ThreeCsCustomDesigns
Lastly, here is a photo of Madison when she was 3 months old wearing her 1st Christmas onesie:

I've got some more great stores I'ved used but these two are hands down, my favorite.
Oh, how I love Etsy. :D
oh my - this thread is going to be BIIIIIIG trouble for me - LOL!

Oh please do! She is fantastic to work with -- I am going to order a little butterfly onesie for my cousin who is about to have a baby girl and when I sent her a message, she offered the butterflies in her shop AND found a few new ones online that she was willing to use for me if I preferred. She's so extremely accomodating and you can't beat the price for a custom baby outfit.
Aside from the fab product she produces, it's so fun to pick and choose what you want! :p
If you follow the link at the top of her shop to look at her fabrics, you can access her other photo sets where she has past projects and other applique patterns available for viewing. The possibilities are pretty endless!
