I got a PM from a guy at clickin moms today, I thought the site was for women only.

I think there's at least one guy who's active there - he's a SAHD and photographer so somehow he thought it worth his time. I don't think there's a place in the registration to indicate gender, so I imagine anyone can join.

Daimien is the SAHD and he is a wealth of information when it come to Post Processing. What kind of PM did you get.

Paula - Clickin Moms (http://clickinmoms.com/amember/go.php?r=2961&i=l0) is a photography forum for anyone from amateur photographers who just want to take better pictures of their family to hobbyists to seasoned pros. It features great and easy to understand tutorials, lessons and challenges. There is a small fee for the site but it is so worth its weight in gold!

I wish you could check it out a bit without paying, if you click on anything on the frontpage it takes you to another website. Maybe I'll just do the one week trail first?

I've only seen two active guys there and they are both super nice. Damien is REALLY helpful and knows lots about photoshop and calibration. :)

Joking aside (although I'm dying to know what type of PM!) - I agree about Damien. i posted a before/after shot on some photo editing I did and he gave me some GREAT tips.

I'm even tempted to pay for a little one on one time to learn more...:)

(DH if you're reading this he lives in Australia, I SWEAR)...:D

LOL Beckie!!!

I'm a member but when I go over there I get scared. I don't even know where to start. I need to learn how to use my D80 from the bottom up. It looks like the site is directed more to those who actually know how to take their cameras off Auto. LOL!!!

I'm thinking of getting two of these...one for my (soon to be new) camera, and one for general photography. Click on one to see an example.
