I don't know what to call it, but here it is.

I don't need any new kits. I have a great stock of SSD kits, plus I have some fab designers that I create for. And, you know, I have 60 some unused kits from this year and last that I really want to use. Let's not forget that I want to give the money that is leftover from my monthly scrapping budget to charity, so I'm really trying not to spend money.

But I can NOT stop doing the challenges. I don't even WANT the discount. But I feel a little sick inside when I do a layout that I can't make work for a challenge. I feel like it's a wasted layout.

Right. Even though I love it and I've scrapped a memory, it feels empty to me because it isn't earning me points.

These points are like a drug to me. I got to have more. EVEN THOUGH I DON"T NEED THE REWARDS. WTHeck is wrong with me?!

well, I do need the points, umm...I do, really. I might have a ton of unused kits on my hard drive, too, but I need them. ;)

I really don't need to spend more or buy any more kits either, but I can't help it. I have so many that I've never used, not just from here, but from lots of places....

But I can't help buying all the yummy-ness.

Just try to get a handle on it now before it deteriorates into a worse condition where you see a kit in the store and absolutely CANNOT wait until you get your SR code....after that, it's pretty much terminal. ;)

Bwahahahahahaha!

I am sorry I am unfamiliar with your specific disease. I do HAVE to scrap a page to match the challenges or it feels wasted, for sure. But, I do need the points because I am yet to conquer my dying wish to own everything in the store. Then I will be happy and can rest in peace. :p

In the quilting world there is a saying....."She Who Dies With The Most Fabric Wins". Well, it totally applies in the digi scrap world too. Just replace fabric with SSD kits.:p

I am SURE I must be winning!!! Seriously, this disease you have is totally catchy as I CANNOT rest until I own everything. I have yet to see a kit that I can't find some use for (even if only in my imagination as I will never get to use everything I feel I should own!)
Welcome to the club!!!!

I totally have this sickness and I REFUSE to go through a 12 step program for it. LOL

We are all in this together girls! Heck, we even enable each other! LOL

Well... they say the first step to be cured to admit you have a problem... I don't have a problem...... so, I needed to upgrade my server to a terabyte... and now it's 3/4 full... I have so many kits that I've purchased and then see it come up in the going-gone sale and I haven't used it yet... nope, no problem here....

Okay, I may have a bitty problem... it's those designers... if they didn't design such cool stuff, I wouldn't have a problem... yes, I blame others for my problems... :p

LOL--yup. The challenges are addictive. There have even been months in the past that I earned a discount and didn't use it! (My scrap budget and HD are both bigger now--I don't see that happening again.) But I need the push of challenges and points, otherwise I spend too much time in the forums and too little time scrapping.

I'm addicted to ssd in general. I have quite a few kits I've bought elsewhere, and I don't use them. I don't feel like I need to make every lo just for the challenges - I've actually started a few for the challenges, and they went in a different direction totally and in the end didn't really fit the challenge anymore!! I have gotten to the point that every time I sit down to scrap I want to buy a new kit right then...

You took the words right out of my mouth!
I have 100 events I need to scrap yet if they don't fit the challenges they are pushed to the back. I just love the buzz I get from completing challenges, whether they be for portfoilios, designer blogs, scrap-a-lifts. ARGH!
I am addicted to SSD. I am addicted to buying new kits.
I don't even want to start looking elsewhere until I own everything by La, L. Reid, Krystal, Dani and Shawna here. Believe me, I am well on my way.

Eep! What have I turned into?

I've truly had to force myself to NOT do the challenges. If I get the points/discount, I'll spend money. I cannot spend money right now. I just can't. So, as much as it pains me to avoid them, I am not doing challenges.

Yup, I have the disease too! But even though I have so many yet-to-be-used kits sitting on my EHD, I can't help but load my wishlist every week, and then (shock!!) I have to buy them when SR rolls round. I just can't stop myself....but yet I'm never going to be able to keep up and use all the kits I own :D

I have this issue as well...so not only do I have a HD/EHD full of digiscrap... I have a closet full of fabric, most in 1-2 yard cuts & crafting/sewing supplies...

I'm an addict too - thing is, I don't really want to be cured :p

Is it denial or just that I'm having too much fun and like shiny, pretty new things....?

LOL Kellie you craft me up! But, lately I am in the same boat. This is the first month that I've done the challenges due to my Grammy's passing and man, I have missed them.

Would this be a symptom: going through the shoppe & adding at least 10 new items to the wish list, anytime I 'need' to make a project?!
