Hey, those of you with iPhones, I am on a search for a good recipe app. Basically, I need an app where I input my favorite recipes. It would be even better if it generated shopping lists. I haven't been able to find one that does that.....has anyone seen anything like that?
Thanks!
Susan
I wonder if Recipezaar.com has one Susan. That's what I use to keep my faves, and then add them to a Shopping List. Might suggest it to them if you think it would be popular.

I'm on my way out the door but I know off hand that Epicurious Recipes has a ton of recipes, you can save faves and generate your list off of that.
I use all recipes pro...
it does a fun spinner, saves recipes in a box, and generates a shopping list!

Thanks guys! Actually I found exactly what I wanted. I just bought a program called MacGourmet. Basically, you enter all of your recipes and then you get the iphone app and it loads everything into the phone and generates shopping lists. It is perfect because I have tons of recipes and cookbooks and I wanted something where I could input my own recipes and this is perfect. Especially since I have tweaked a bunch of my current recipes for my Weight Watchers Diet. And also, I can input recipes from Gina's WW site. One note, you have to have a Mac to run it.
I will probably also get the Allrecipes and Epicurious ones because I love cooking and am always on the lookout for new recipes.
Thanks again everyone!

iFood (by Kraft) does that! You can search recipies and add them to a shopping list. You can ten add other items to your list. I like this one because all the recipes are quick and easy and ones my boys enjoy. All recipies is a close second for me.

I have MacGourmet - and I LOVE it!!! When I recently switched Macs, it was misbehaving for a few days, and I didn't know what to do with myself. But, I e-mailed the developer, and it got fixed quickly. My favorite thing is the Chef's View. I sit my lappy on my raised countertop and just use it to refer to my recipes while I cook. Awesome program for anyone on a Mac! :)
