retired kits?...new to all of this

Hi ya'll! I was wondering if anyone could tell me how and when Sweet shoppe retires their kits. I'm very sad because last week I put Zoe Pearns "You Rock" on my wish list and now it is gone! I was planning to buy it today, but apparently I'm too late. I had no idea it was going to be gone so soon or I would have bought it on the spot.
Anyways, I'm very new to the digi world and have just started up and have no idea what I'm doing. Any tips would help

Yay! What everyone is saying, Kenzi, is that your missing kit hopefully means that a retirement sale is coming soon. Lots of the stuff from Penny Candy will be retiring at 50% off, but seriously, if Zoe Pearn retires You Rock, we will have to have her head examined. Maybe it is going into Penny Candy, though.
