Help needed with Private Messaging

Hi all!

I need some help setting up my user settings for private messaging. According to the FAQ here (https://www.sweetshoppecommunity.com/forum/faq.php?faq=vb3_user_profile#faq_vb3_user_cp) I should see something about Private Messaging in my settings but I see nothing regarding Private Messaging as shown below:
Messaging & Notification - options include:



'Receive Email' - whether or not you want to receive emails from other Members and administrators
'Default Thread Subscription Mode' - how you want to be notified about new posts in threads to which you have subscribed
'Private Messaging' - control how you want Private Messaging to work for your account
'Visitor Messaging' - control how you want Visitor Messaging to work for your account



I have been able to send PMs but was informed by a recipient that they could not PM me! :(

How do I get this enabled?

Due to some recent spamming issues, we've had to adjust the settings a bit. We ask that you pull up a chair, make yourself at home and get involved in the community a little with at least ten posts! We want to get to know you!

I think you need more posts first... it was put in place a couple months ago because there was some crazy spam showing up in lots of PM boxes.
