I'm pretty sure that if you do a layout for this week's Logbook Challenge and post it in the appropriate gallery at LYM by noon (MST) on Thursday, you will get part of the kit. Then, you would have to do the rest of the challenges for April to get the other bits of the kit. But, at the end of the month, you would have the whole thing. Does that make sense?

You have to purchase either the full Memory Logbook (http://logyourmemory.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=1), the Monthly Logbook (http://logyourmemory.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=11), or Weekly Challenges (http://logyourmemory.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=8) to be in the Book Club.

The Monthly Logbook is basically just like the full Logbook but broken down into the individual months that you can buy separately. If you do this, I believe you only get Book Club access for that particular month.

The Weekly Challenges book is just a pared down version of the full Logbook, with just the challenges and some of the worksheets.

I am really enjoying the Weekly Challenges. Some of them don't come as easily as others, but over all, I feel like I am documenting some important parts of my life. And, the community over there is very friendly and supportive. :)

ETA: Sara - I'm not sure I really answered your question. Here's a shorter answer. I guess you don't have to be a Book Club member to do the challenges, but you do need to know what the challenges are, so you would need to have one of the products that I mentioned above. But, once you have those, it would make sense to join the Book Club as well, since that part is free. :)

I'm totally loving my memory logbook and have done the weekly challenges since purchasing (end of February). There are a lot of familiar faces there from this site also so it's not like a whole brand new group of people and Kristin is an absolute doll. Love it there! Totally recommend it. Between the weekly challenges there and the portfolio challenges here I'm scrapping about so many things I may never have thought about doing a layout on. Plus getting Traci's kit for free...BONUS!
