prayers and positive thoughts please?

dad's having a flare up with his MS and isn't doing all that well. he's having lots of issues walking and moving his right side, it's gotten to the point where he can barely move without pain. he's fallen a couple times the past few days, and is getting angrier about the situation. he's been on medication, and doesn't understand why it's "not working". hopefully the flare clears up soon, and it doesn't cause more issues.
the prayers are for him. the positive thoughts are for the rest of us who have to deal with him (haha).
just keep the family in your thoughts this week? thanks.

(and i hope none of you have to deal with MS. it's not fun. it's a scary disease. i wouldn't wish it on anyone.)

I will definitely be thinking of you and your family and hope his MS calms down soon. (((Hugs))) My sister does have MS and though it is in the early stages, I am terrified to think about what things will be like down the road. She has been having issues with flare-ups and medications too, so I totally understand how your dad is frustrated and is also tough on the whole family.

my mom called the doctor early early this morning, but he can't get in until next week. hopefully it calms down a little, though, before then.

heather- he was diagnosed in november, so we're new to this too. i hope your sister figures something out, medication wise. dad did occupational and physical therapy for most of the winter as well, it seemed to help a lot with things. i'll pray for your sister and your family too : )

chloe- MS is short for multiple sclerosis, which is a neurological disorder. it messes with your nerves and causes motor function issues and speech problems, mostly (i think). it's degenerative, and eventually, he'll end up wheelchair bound permanently.

Definitely sending prayers your way. I just lost my dad on Friday after watching him struggle with pulmonary fibrosis for a year, so I know how hard it is to see your loved one suffer.
