Quick Recipe Help

A friend of ours Brother recently passes away. We asked if there was anything we could do for them to help them out and she finally got back to us and said that dinners would be a huge help.

So since I am a Mom of 5 and have little time to cook my own meals I need something quick and delicious to make up for our friends.

The first thought that came to mind was taking over a nice big Lasagna and then can freeze half of it for another day. Anything else that is quick and easy to make that would be good for this?

Hey Kim,
I have a poppyseed chicken recipe (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Poppy-Seed-Poultry-Casserole/Detail.aspx)that I use at home and for occassions such as this. Then I bring it with a salad and some rolls, and usually brownies.
Lately, I have been getting gift certificates to Super Suppers, and giving them. It lets them pick what they want and use if right away or freeze it.
