CS3 Color Settings

So my CS3 has been neglected for 4 months and looks a little rusty. My color settings have changed (Adobe RGB/sRGB, etc.) and I can't remember how/what to change them to.

Can anyone help??

My laptop is not calibrated, nor will it ever likely be, so is it possible to get a WYSWYG when printing??

Shameless bump...I need help! Mostly just for the "standard" CS3 Color Settings (Adobe RGB 1998/sRGB).
