I looked for a long time to find my favorite pen as most of the stores stopped carrying them around me. These are my favorites: Pilot Better Ball Point (http://www.pilotpen-store.com/product_detail.asp?T1=PIL%20BBP-SF%20BLK). I have always used these pens and was disappointed when I could not find them anymore. Well I finally did find them and bought a pack and two out of the three pens the bottom keeps popping off and they write and then stop. I have had these same types of pens last for 1 or 2 years in the past so I emailed the company to see if they would replace the pens and they said they would not only be happy to replace the pens for me but they would also send out a free sample for my troubles!! And I had this response in like less then an hour!! talk about awesome customer service! The pens arent super expensive so if they had not offered to replace them I would have just bought another set but since they basically did not work since I bought them I figured it was worth a shot to see.

Anyhow I just love when a company stands beside what they make and will go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied!!:thumbup:

That's great! Those used to be my favorite pens too - I used them all through college. I love the Pilot G-2s now. I'm glad to know that the company has such great service!!

That happend once when I bought tortilla's. I was making freezer meals and so I bought like 4 packs. Well they were suppose to have 10 tortillas in each pack and all 4 packs only had 9. Yes they were only like $1.66 a pack and if I would have used them like I normally do (just 1 or 2 at a time I probably never would have notice or cared) but because it messed up my recipes and I was hormonal and pregnant I call the company and complained and with in 2 days they sent me a check for $10 dollars to cover the cost of the missing ones and for my time and trouble plus like 10 coupons for free tortillas!!!

I was so impressed that I still buy their tortillas everytime I need them!!!

In my experience the larger companies usually do have pretty good customer service. I once had bought those big boxes of the small bags of chips (the ones you can get for like a quarter individually at walmart?) and the box was one or two bags short so the company -Frito Lay I think- sent me like five coupons for a free box of the chips. The boxes are somewhere around 8 dollars I think? Then another time I bought a 12 pack of Pepsi's and one of the sodas had this nasty silver gunk all over the top and inside of it. I contacted them and they said it is the stuff that seals the cans and normally it does not leak out. They sent me over 100 dollars worth of coupons for free products for that one can being bad. It did taste gross but they assured me it is safe and that it would not hurt me from drinking it.
