We love this one...very yummy :)

* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1/3 cup honey
* 1/3 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

I like to cut my chicken breasts into tenderloin strips for this marinade...DH even likes it and he doesn't usually like "sweet" marinades.

Italian dressing. That's it. :) It's one of our staples, and taste awesome on the grill.

Balsamic Dressing mixed with some BBQ sauce. I don't really have a recipe for it, I just taste it before pouring on the chicken, then save some of the marinade (before putting it on the raw meat) make it a little thicker & baste the chicken as it grills.

We do a sort of fake tandoori sometimes. A cup or so of yougrt and paprika, cumin, garlic or some 'Indian spices' pack to taste. Paint all over the chicken and let sit a couple hours. It makes the chicken so incredibly tender and tasty! We use yogurt often as a base for chicken marinades. It's also good using poltry seasoning or rosemary & garlic

italian dressing

my husband usually cooks here and he has a whole bunch of Mccormick spices/rubs he uses on chicken. His chicken is usually pretty good. The best chicken he makes though is when I can talk him into starting a fire in the fire pit in the backyard and cooking the chicken over oak wood. No seasoning as all except the smoke from the wood. Delicious. Very hot though for him and takes a little longer then cooking it inside

Thanks for the ideas girls! :) I think I'll try that one Nikki posted. I'm not good at doing things "to taste." I need measurements! LOL! :)
