I just printed out a rental agreement for my BIL!
HE'S REALLY MOVING OUT SOON!!!!!!!!!!!
There are no words to accurately describe my joy right now. He's moving out soon, and I get to spend this weekend at the beach, away from him. Life. Is. Good.

Apparently filling out a lease agreement, requires a degree in rocket science. You would not believe the questions he's asking us right now, LOL! But, having never rented anywhere before (30 years old people, and he's only ever lived with his parents, in a dorm room, or with us) I suppose I can understand.
Kellie I will definitely not complain of the heat at the beach. It will most likely give me a migraine (I'm gonna look for a sweet hat at Target while bathing suit shopping tomorrow, lol) but it's the BEACH and I BELONG THERE! :)

Id like to be at the beach this weekend but no way in heck Im going anywhere near the beach on memorial day weekend. we did that like two years ago and sat in traffic trying to get INTO the beach for like an hour!! (we go to Playlinda which only has one way in and one way out and they have to stop you to collect the money and the road is one lane each way.) it kinda sucks but it has no buildings and little traffic on most days (so long as you stay away from the very end you are ok...some people still insist on treating it as a nude beach...it is against the law though and most people know this)

Trust me Lynnette, my patience ran out LONG ago. I've been pretty awful to him for a while now, and I mostly just try and ignore him completely. I'd be having melt downs every week if I had to actually interact with him. He's lucky he's a hermit and stays in his room most of the time.
Thanks guys. I didn't really have a choice in the matter of how long he stayed. I'm thankful that my husband finally listened to my plea's and is forcing him to move out. If left to his own plans, I don't think he EVER would have moved out

Lol Mimi! Yea, I doubt that. It was mostly considered some sort of stupid family obligation or something. Idk. Their parents knew he had overstayed his welcome, but no one made him leave. I don't think anyone has EVER made him do anything he didn't want to do. This is pretty much the first time it's happened. Like I said, I'm just grateful Jordan finally kicked him out, even if it took far too long, lol.
Jordan will reap the benefits for sure. :p
