I've actually sorta started thinking of ideas... I think I've got a couple ideas in mind and hope to start it all in action by the time school starts. We will see how that idea goes!

Bring it on! I'm so done with summer; we've had horrible heat and humidity since May and I'm over it already. Too bad we've got at least 2 more months to go.

You don't have to remind me... I've already started contemplating the 2011 calendar last month. I would hate to do it last minute like last year, but I don't feel like starting now, in the middle of summer... Oh, well.

I know, we have the BIG toy sales on now here that they advertise to buy now for Christmas or layby (think you guys say lay away?)

Aaaaagggghhh! Don't say things like that!

We have literally just started our school summer holidays here in the UK - so I don't officially start thinking about the Autumn & Christmas for another 6 weeks ;)

...though given how behind I was in my card making last year, I should really think about starting now.

It's amazing how time flies! I can't believe that school starts here in 3 weeks! And Christmas... not ready to think about that. One year I decided I was going to get all my shopping done by Thanksgiving... and I DID! The holidays were wonderful for me. I think I might try that again this year.

YAY!! I just love the whole holiday season! I started on my Christmas shopping this month and hoping to have everything bought by mid November.... so December isn't tight on money and I can just grab stuff along the way when sales come along. I bought Allie 4 Disney Princess dolls this month from the Disney store because they were like $6!

Well, I really can't wait for fall & Halloween first, then Christmas! I can't take the heat (and rain!) anymore! Bring on the mud and snow! Ahh!

I cant wait for cooler temps as well. it is so nice to not have to have the AC on all night and day. I love December and January for that reason. Rarely have to run the AC or heat during that time period here :)

ACK! I totally do not understand how from birth to say, 21, time moves so slowly and it's like life is in slow motion. Than you enter your 30's and BAM, your celebrating your 80th birthday with grandkids and great grandkids and wondering who this old lady is staring back at you in the mirror?! Ok so I am not 80 yet but you know what I am sayin', right?

I don't celebrate Christmas but holy cow for the year being more than halfway over. This particular year has really flown by. My daughter starts kindergarten in 6 weeks!!!

Yep! I've been actually working on some Christmas gifts. (Been making cards & jam for family).

Anyone working on the Christmas cards? I would love to find a Christmas kit that is 'silent night' themed with blues, golds, whites, browns.

Any ideas?

Here are a couple I thought of...not sure if it's the colors you want but more of a traditional Christmas theme...

Yeah, it's totally amazing that we are already in August and yet again, another school year has approached us. This part of the year seems to always fly by.

Ive started buying for Christmas as well here. I have a few things bagged up im my closet so the 8 and 5 year old cant see....but they have already discovered the bags and asked, lol. Still have a long way to go, but little by little helps!

I am no where near ready for summer to be over. I will miss the hot days, pool, beach and all the fun we have outside. I do not like winter.

I am excited because that means about 5 months until our Disneyworld vacation!

I don't get my Christmas Club money until November, so I'm not really starting until then. Not saying I won't pick up a few things w/ my amazon gift cards from swagbucks between now and then. LOL

I'm really not ready to start thinking about Christmas yet. I haven't even sent out my update letter from last year. I'll either get them out in the next couple of weeks or they'll end up going out with my cards this year :)

I can't even begin to think about Christmas yet....Our trip to the US and our our wedding are less than two months away and I still don't have all of that sorted out yet. :S So hard when DF is working in the UK and now he won't even be home for 3 weeks so it's left up to me to finalize all the hotel, honeymoon and wedding arrangements. EEK!!!!
