I am in a creative slump. Seriously. I haven't even started on my portfolio yet (so unlike me!) and I am guesting on Jennifer Fox's CT this month. Not a good month to loose my mojo!!!!!
Totally not kidding you. I have been staring at a blank PSE screen for a couple of hours now. No templates are screaming out to me to use them either. I have gone and spread some love in the galleries hoping to find some inspiration. I saw lots of AWESOME Lo's but nothing is coming to mind to scrap. Then I made a list of all the pages or events that I need to scrap. I was hoping if I had a list that I would just find a starting point. Nope. Just stressed me out at how behind I have gotten! HELP!
SO just start sending some creative mojo my way. I would really appreciate it.
Off to find a movie to watch while I stare at this blank screen. At least I will be doing SOMETHING. I am sure a great chick flick like Sweet Home Alabama or something will perk me right up. :)

Girl, I'm right there with ya! I have been totally feeling the same way. Yesterday, though, I got the newest issue of Creating Keepsakes, and browsing through the pages got me ITCHING to scrap! I stayed up till midnight working on a page, and I can't wait till my kids go to bed to finish it tonight. Maybe that would help you, too. : )

The thing that helps me most is getting out and getting new photos. Go do something fun with the family, or get out and enjoy nature a bit. You'll be getting away from your computer, and coming home with new stuff to scrap. :)

I think both of you girls are on to something.....
Kellie - I think my issue is timing! I can always do late night scraps!!!! :) My mojo normally goes in full swing about 1-2am! :)
Stacy - I thought about getting out to take more pictures but then that will give me ANOTHER event to scrap to add to my list! LOL Saying that, I have to admit that I am more inspired with some of the photography blogs than with scrappin' right now.
Oh and Sweet Home Alabama has me laughing my hiney off. Some of the best quotes are from this movie. :)

Second trimester brought mine back... but I'm kind of hoarding it right now as I need as much as I can get before baby comes... SORRY I can't help, but (((hugs))) it's so hard when you want to scrap but the mojo isn't there.

Hope your mojo comes back soon. If photography is grabbing your attention right now why not try a really simple page with lots of white space featuring one of your favorite pictures? I find sometimes just getting something on the page and keeping it simple gets me moving in the right direction.

I love Sweet Home Alabama...especially the end so cute!! Oh and I love when she punches her fiance's mother in the face. Sooo funny!!
Hope you find some scrapping mojo. For me playing some music helps. Only my son complains because he hates all my music choices LOL

Sending some mojo, too!
Well, try to select some photos to fit a page, then try to align them and finally chose a kit. This is a way I usually scrap when I am lacking inspiration :)
Good luck!

Hopefully it's back soon!
Mine vanishes alot, but them comes back in bursts, like yesterday, I got caught up on 3 pages, even though 1 of them used a template! :p I am hoping it's still there today when I get home from the gym, I have a few more pages I'd like to get done!

If there's no mojo, and it doesn't show up when one opens Photoshop or whatever programme, one should concentrate on other past times. It will come back. Everybody needs a break. It's actually nice to get a break. Says me. :-)

I guess you gals helped me out!!!! I can't believe I got LOTW! Totally blowing my mind. If Teresa only knew how long it took we to get motivated to do that page and then the time it took me to do it! AGH! I am glad all the work payed off!
I am hoping that today I will get some more scrapbook time. Maybe this ego boost will help me out! Thanks ladies!

My momma taught me well!!! :)
What she didn't teach me was not to procrastinate. My project and paper is due in 17 hours and I'm only almost done with my outline. I still have to turn the outline into a paper, make a bibliography, and make a powerpoint. Sleep? Who needs it!
