Julie's right - they are compostable. I kind of like how loud they are - way more difficult to sneak a snack late at night while the hubby is sleeping. lol it's helped a bit with my weight loss! LOL

Literally had to laugh out loud when I read this. They ARE really, annoyingly loud, but they are soooo good. I buy them and then dump them into gallon size ziplock baggies :thumbup:

HAHAHA! We have a family joke about that bag - every time someone touches it we all yell "huh? What were you saying??" When we got our first bag it caused me to miss what my dh was saying as I was handling it. I mean I love that it is a biodegradable bag, but man!!!

Last time I was at the store, I had to walk by and fondle the bag. LOL I just couldn't help myself. For those that take them out and put them in ziploc bags, I think you should totally e-mail the company and let them know. Maybe if they get enough feedback they will rethink/redesign them?

seriously, I went to the store tonight and touched the Sunchips. Whoa those are crazy loud!! All I did was poke them, no need to even handle them for them to be loud. That is nuts.
