Yahoo automatically drafted a team for you. It selected players to put on your roster. You play 1 QB, 3 WR's, 2 RB's, 1 TE, 1 K, and 1 DEF each week. You get extra players who sit the bench. Log in and look at your team. If you want to, you can move people into to playing positions and move others to sit the bench. Benched players earn you no points for that week in your head to head match up.

If you have a player who is injured or was released from a team (like I did) you can drop them and add another player from those that are free, by using waivers.

I added/dropped too.. I'm waiting to see if they put Sidney Rice on the IR before I decide what to do with him.. I almost just dropped him last night but I figure if I do, then he'll play later.. :D

I'm waiting to see what else I want to do. I'll probably consult with Jordan, although he has always done MISERABLE in his fantasy leagues. So much so, that he doesn't even play in them anymore, lol.

My DH is pretty good at FF, almost always wins some money. I'll have to see what he says about my team.

When do the drop/adds take place? I did one, but it's just sitting there. What else do I have to do?

Nothing Mary. I think that any actions that take place like fri-tues are on a wait list srt of thing. (Sara can probably explain better than I can, lol.) Tomorrow, as long as no one who is higher on the waiver list wants your player, you'll get who you ask for.

There is a priority of sorts to the waiver list. Like I have 2 people I'm trying to pick up. I will probably get the first one, but once I get that player I get moved to the bottom of the priority list for all waivers. So if someone who has not added a player comes in and wants the 2nd one I want, they will get it, not me. At least that's how I understand it to work.

OK, thanks Col - that makes sense. MY DH just told me not to do the drop/add I was going to do so I canceled it. ;)
