New Camera Gadget Out!!

I just got the email today and I am very interested in this one! It is a way to lock up your dSLR around something like a table or whatever. I am always out and about with my camera and my DSs and it is a PITA to lug the camera with me to let's say the bathroom. So even though I wouldn't completely rely on this for long term safety...I can see this coming in handy! And what's funny is I thought of this idea when we were at a waterpark, but didn't know how to build it!

that is a good idea. for me, its second nature to NEVER leave my camera lay anywhere when i'm out, even if i leave it in the car in the camera bag i tuck it kinda under the front seat lol. if that thing ever got stolen, i don't have the money to immediately buy another. i'd be out of luck!

Oh yeah, I never leave mine out...but it would be nice to be able to lock it to a chair in a place I know people, but not feel like they are completely responsible for it. No way could I afford to buy another one/lenses.

i would use it for family reunions, family parties, school events, kid's sporting events or like this summer when I was at the beach. Places were i would always be with my camera but might get distracted by the kids or talking with someone and I can't have my eye on my camera bag constantly or it's hanging on the back of my chair or the stroller. I know at the beach I was so paranoid even though I was sitting there the whole time.....I just felt like I had to keep one eye on the kids and one eye on my camera bag because it'd just so so busy that really anyone could have just lifted it even with me sitting there!!! :D :D

Exactly! And for $15 including shipping...well worth it for me! I ordered one this morning, I'll let you all know how it is!
