I'd love to see your playlist when done! I know this list isn't inclusive, there is someone not on there but their name is on the top of my brain, just out of reach!

What was that girl's name who had the song where in the video she was snow white and had all the dwarves dancing around her? I've been trying to think of her name for like an hour lol They used to play that video over and over and over again.

Clay Walker
Tracy Lawrence
Travis Tritt
Brooks and Dunn
Not sure if any of them are still popular... I didn't listen to country for very long - I swear, only while I lived in GA as a kid lol. I didn't like it before I lived there, but everyone else listened to it nonstop so I heard it all the time, and it did not stick with me when we moved back to Ohio.

Is Anita Cochran still around? I loved her duet with Steve Wariner - "What if I Said".
What about Michael Peterson? "From Here to Eternity" was another favorite of mine.
I haven't kept up with any of the country stars at all...not even sure what years those songs came out but I do remember liking them.
Thought of another one - I don't know how popular he was, but I had a huge crush on James Bonamy - he only had a couple of hits, I think - one was "I Don't Think I Will". Loved that one, too!

♥ him! Roots & Wings is one of my favorites. I really like lots of not-popular for long singers.

I was trying to put the popular songs on there you know, but I had a hard time remembering which ones were popular and ones that I just listened to a ton. I had all but about 30 of those songs.

*blush* I don't know who 1/2 these people are... I had to ask my hubby. LOL! I was a closet listener to country music until 2002 when I met my now-hubby... since he is a DJ for country music radio station, I had to listen. ;)
When I asked hubby, the ones he said are already mentioned are on Amanda's list... now he is going on and on about what the huge songs are in the 90's but still around today like Reba, Tim McGraw, George Straight, Allan Jackson... so yea, I got nothing to add...
ETA... can't turn hubby off... he now mentioned Alabama... i don't think I saw that on the list...
What about John Anderson?
