Kids Art on the Wall....????

so I want to get canvases for my kids to paint on and put on my wall...my question is, has anyone ever done this :) and what size canvas and what type of paint did you use for them ? any help or input would be greatly appreciated :)

I've never done it, but any craft store sells blank canvases you can buy. Plain old acrylic paint will work just fine.

We did 16 x 18 or something like that. We let them use acrylic paint. I was thinking it was going to be beautiful art - ha! They ended up making signs for my husband's favorite football team. I ended up hanging them in my DH's office.

My 12 yo (then 9) did an 8 x 10 one that turned out awesome and we just used acrylic paint from Michael's.

luckily my kids are 17,8 , 4 & 3 so I think they will be FUN! I am gonna pick out the colors so they sorta match our living room :)

oh......I LIKE that idea!!!!! Thanks Robin....may have to try it this weekend....I have all the tools except some black paint and I need the canvas!!!!
