Thank you hon. A 2 hour lunch to take care of some car stuff with the MVA (aka DMV) turned into a complete waste of time, and my getting yelled at for things that were not my fault. I just needed to get that off my chest.

Seriously. The word "Express" should be banned when it is not describing an increase in the speed of service. There is nothing "Express" about the same 2+ hour line that you get at a regular "full service" MVA.

Ugh.
