Do you scrap them evenly? :)

I have two boys, ages 3 and 5, and a baby girl who just turned one. Lately, when I scrap, I scrap her pictures. I'm not sure what it is because I take just as many pictures of the boys, but for some reason, I'm not into boy LOs right now. The girly stuff is just too much fun! :)

I have 4 boys - my first son has a lot more photos and his first year book is 4 inches thick as opposed to the other 3 boys' books which are about 2 inches thick. I don't keep track of scrapping them evenly - they all lead different lives and do different things so photos are not even either.

I'd say if you feel like scrapping girl pics, then do so! :) As long as you are documenting their lives, it's all good. :)

Umm, I've never kept track. I know my oldest has the most layouts printed but I assume that's because she's the oldest. lol I just scrap what I like when I like to do it and go from there. :)

i tend to scrap madelyn more (she's my youngest) because she still does 'new' stuff. i do make layouts of emma, and i'm sure it's pretty even, but she had 2 years before madelyn was ever around lol

Yes, this. I scrap Claire more right now because of the newness of the things she does. That and I get lots more pictures of her now that it's just the two of us since Libby's in school full time. I do try to even it out though :)

Seeing as how mine are all rather close in age, I think they're pretty even, although there are more pictures of the oldest & youngest...the only way to capture the middle one in action or not is...well a blur. lol

Definitely not. My girls, especially Amelia, like to have their pictures taken a lot more than Benjamin, who's 10. I would like to scrap more of Benjamin, but it's hard when he won't let anyone take his picture LOL!

D gets more pages. He does more stuff that inspires me to scrap. He's simply funnier and a bit more interesting when it comes to scrapping. (That's not to say JP is uninteresting, but it's not as cute/scrappable from him.)

I have 4 and they range from 17-3 in age...and I tend to scrap the 3 and 4 y/o more since they don't run from me when I get the camera out!! Plus the teenager kinda stays in her room and the 9 y/o stays upstairs as well {away from their younger siblings}!!! but I have managed to scrap some more photos of my 17 y/o since she started her senior year and is more willing to let me take her picture! But I am not keeping track and pretty much scrap what inspires me!

NOPE! I use the fact that the baby girl is the only one at home now. I think it's a good excuse though, or a reasonable one rather. But even when the now 19 year old was at home, I still scrapped the youngest DD more often. She is just the one around more often for me to snap pics of.

I try to even it out but I do more of J then Abby I think if I were to count.

I think I have more of my youngest boy and my only daughter, than I do my middle and oldest boys. I blame that on having Quinten at home with me for the last 5 years, and Jenna, well, she's my only girl, and she actually sits still when I take the camera out (well, at least she used to ... she's been shying away from it lately).
I wish I had new pics of my oldest, but he doesn't live here, so he is left out. Although I guess I could always dig out some photos from his baby albums to scan.

golly no way...I TRY and toss a pic of another kid or 2 into my LOs when I make them so the youngest 3 all have the same LOs if it's a cutesy type of layout then I just adjust the journaling to fit them..but I only u/l 1 to my gallery..who wants 3 of the same LOs eveytime lol. I think I scrap Teaghan and Nic (youngest and oldest) way more than the others just b/c they are the ones I can snap pictures of on a regular basis

I have three girls - 16, 11 and 7. I will admit that I haven't scrapped that many photos of my oldest dd for the last year or so, because she HATES it when I take her picture!! My two younger dds are hams so I have more photos of them!

Nope because my nearly 9 year old doesn't let me take many photos of him, and when I do get some he doesn't like them posted online or scrapped at all!!

Ya know, I'm not totally sure. Xander started school and isn't around as much, but he has almost two years more than Ali that I started with. So, maybe they are starting to get even. I figured as long as I keep the memories down it doesn't matter who has more.

I try to keep it even...but I probably do more pages of Ella than Avery...BUT...before she came along it was all him for 3 years so I think he's still ahead lol Plus now that he's in school I don't have as much opportunity to get new photos of him. :(

Nope, but I do find now that Kyle is older (4 now wahhhhhh!) I am starting to "even" it out more since there isn't quite as many new stuffs for him. The one thing that I do try to do is get a yearly "here's what you are into now" LO done so that A) I don't forget - because I WILL and B) that way I know I've scrapped them both "seriously" and not feel that pressure and just have fun the rest of the time.

Everyone scraps that babes more and after having two boys no one is shocked that you are in girlie girl heaven scrapping her...no worries!!!

I definitely scrap my youngest the most, because to me he's still the easiest to scrap. I feel like I can still get away with mushy "I love you" layouts with him... where it's harder with my 6 and 10 yr olds. Plus, like Jamie said, my older boys are much less cooperative about having their photos taken!

I have one boy & one girl (soon to be two) and I've noticed that I scrap Rachel more then Troy. I think part of it is that I'm attracted to the girly kits more then the boy kits.

I'm trying to get both of their first year books done right now, and I have been doing more of DD's (she's older), but now that most of hers is done, I'll be doing more DS pages to get his book done. But in general, I think I scrap pretty even numbers of photos.

I try to keep it fairly even. If I notice I've done a few in a row of 1 child, I make sure to scrap the other 2 next. Jason hates having his picture taken, but since I only do 10-15 LOs a month it's usually not a problem.

I'm fairly even with my pages. But I have two boys, 15 months apart in age and they were 1 & 2 when I started scrapping so it's always been fairly easy for me to keep them even.

I do have about about a thousand more photos of my oldest though.

I think that if I compared the number of pages they have at the same ages then it would be fairly even. But I can't compare baby girls to an 8 year old boy. So in a given year - say 2010 - of course there are more pages of the little ones and of my 4yo, but if I compared Henry or Alex's baby years with the girls baby years then it's probably comparable.

I am not sure if I scrap the twins evenly - I tend to get more great photos of Hazel, Gracie just doesn't smile for the camera much, so I need to be conscious of that and try to keep it evened up.

I don't keep track. I work with pictures from the 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 so I just grab pictures that will work well with a kit or vice versa. My two youngest are only 14 months apart so a lot of times they are both on the layout because they are always together.

With that said...I am trying to finish up on 2007 so there have been more layouts of Jason lately b/c Seth wasn't even born until the end of that year!

My oldest DS..forget it. I did actually get some pictures of him a few weeks ago but I am lucky if I get 10 pictures total for the year of him...especially now that he has gone away to college. I would like to one day get caught up and be able to scrap recent pictures but I have so many I still want to scrap with! I am sure once the baby comes I will find that I am scrapping him more...at least for a while!!!

I used to keep them fairly even; now I don't even keep track. I just scrap whatever. I also used to keep separate books for each of them. Now, I just do one big chronological book and I find that I do more combined pages for both of them, rather than individual ones.
