Looking for a new program

HI, my dinosaur of a computer finally crashed. I had all of my photos saved to an exterbnal hard drive though. But I no longer have a program to digi scrap in. I had been using an older version of Photoshop but no longer have the discs. I haven't looked at programs in so long. Would my best bet be to go with PSE 9.0? Should I do a free trial to check it out? I use it for editing my photos as well as scrapping. Any help would be great!!!!!

I think most people find PSE meets their scrapping and editing needs. There are some designers that even design in PSE. If you have a digital camera, check the discs that came with it because often PSE is included with them. Or like you said, download the trial from Adobe. Often you can find tutorials online that will help you learn the new program, or ask away here! :)
