I just spent the last 6 hours creating a blog post (well, 3) that will allow you to virtually crash our wedding! I know a LOT of you, as well as other friends and family, have been anxious to see the photos of our day. I was just so overwhelmed with over 600 photos, I didn't know where to begin. And, since I was way too crazy busy to share any of the wedding planning details with anyone when they were underway, I wanted to highlight some of the fun and special details we had. (all DIY and some even hybrid!)

Now, I'm warning you--

It is a LONG couple of posts.

With 78 photos.

I also included our wedding vows...but a warning...James' vows made everyone cry. Which made mine kind of pale in comparison :p

I loved the whole thing!! It is really an amazing day when you see all the details and I especially loved your treat table!! What a fun thing that you wouldnt see at most weddings. And your cake was just GORGEOUS!! Everything was really just beautiful!!

wow - amazing...and your vows were really personal and even funny at times too - you're being too hard on yourself!

Maybe I missed it, but what about the quilt in some of the pictures...is there a special story behind that? Just curious:)

OMG...I read the hwole thing and you were right...I got about 6-7 lines in to James's vows and I was teary eyed...It looks AMAZING onf film, so I can imagine it was only a fairytale in real life!!! again CONGRATS!!!

Oh. My. Gosh. Best wedding ever!!! Seriously, every little detail... your music, your centerpieces, your DRESS, your vows, your candy bar... BEAUTIFUL!

I loved reading your entries, and I loved feeling like I was right there with you. Congratulations on your marriage! :)

Also, the treat bar... I have always wanted to do that. Did it work well for you?

That was awesome! I felt like I was there. I played the music links. Your vows were beautiful. I loved all the attention to detail (including those advice cards). I never even thought about games on the programs. That was fun too. Beautiful wedding. Beautiful family. Thanks for sharing.

It did! I planned on keeping the chocolate in the freezer till the very last moment to keep it from melting, but in the hustle and bustle of the day that didn't happen. It just stayed indoors until it got close to the wedding time. It didn't melt much if at all.

I tried to get candy, not chocolate, if at all possible.

Shopping for the candy was actually one of my favorite things about the wedding. And, shopping for glassware to house it in. A lot of that glassware was on loan, because I didn't have an endless budget for it! The candy looked so pretty in it, especially the rock candy!

I wish I had a great story for that, but I don't. It's not even mine! It is Barb Hogan, my photographer's! She brought it (it's her grandmother's) to use as a prop. The paper chains and tea cups were hers too. She is a great photographer...I absolutely LOVED the quilt in the photos.

Thank you so much for all the kind words, girls! Getting all these photos resized, uploaded and blogged was a really daunting task but I'm glad I did it! You girls are a part of my family and now I feel like you all got to be there with us! :)

Congrats on your wedding!!!! And I am soo glad you shared your wedding with us....it was so beautiful, you thought of every little detail. I never heard of having little games 'while you wait' but that is such a thoughtful idea, I love it! Your tablescapes were gorgeous everything looked so colorful and fun!!
