Nintendo dsi xl???

We've already got this for DS for Christmas but I wanted to get the nerf armor for protection and it looks like they don't make it for the XL?? Anyone know? I'm getting so frustrated trying to figure out what is what lol...

any other suggestions for a cover for this model?..

btw this is the bundle we got...pretty good deal since the system alone is $169...

The DS XL was marketed towards adults with the larger screen, more adult looking colors (versus the brighter colors of the previous DS) and being bigger overall. So probably you won't be able to find a Nerf cover for it. Have you checked the actual Nintendo site to get an idea what is available? Also Gamestop & Best Buy are really well stocked. Ill look and see what I can find and then link you up.

Yea they don't make the nerf covers for it, which is why we only bought it for our 12 and 8 year old this past summer not our 5 year old. He got one of their old hand me down DS's (his original DS was trashed by the 18 month old throwing it one to many times :blink: )

your welcome!! I would suggest also picking up a few extra styluses and a car charger if you dont already have one. My older son was pretty good with his stylus but my younger one has lost the original one that came with his system. So I had a few extras just in case. They are pretty inexpensive though(like a couple bucks for 2 I think?). It just comes in handy to have a few extra just in case his gets misplaced. The car charger is great to just leave in the car for those long trips so the game can stay charged

I always keep extra styluses (stylusi? LOL) in my purse LOL!
