HOW DO YOU TAG?

I ordered ACDSee the other day and am expecting it to show up in a few days. I know it's going to take FOREVER to copy everything to it, and I'm sooooo dreading it. My questions is....

HOW do you tag all your kits, templates, etc.? I've NEVER tagged, so I'm not even sure what it is except that I THINK I rename everything so it's easier to find in a search...???? I don't know..... meh....

I know this sounds like a dumb question, but I seriously have never done it or know WHAT I should rename things as.

So are there secrets to this tagging thing? What do I rename them as? How do I organize things? Whatever.... enlighten me please!!!!

You won't have to rename them..you just "label" them with whatever you want..you can go specific "red christmas bow with white snowflakes" or "red bow" "bow" etc...

Another recommendation that I took up was taking Jessica Spragues ACDSee Photomanager class - you have acess for it for life but it is well worth looking into especially to get that initial push to actually organize
