I threw my back out Monday and can barely stand up straight...plus the kids both got a 24 hr stomach virus Monday night...they're better but I'm just really down with this back thing...

and I'm not freaking out at all btw...about the fact that I'm hosting both our families for Thanksgiving and have not even bought a turkey yet...no panicking going on here :blink:

oh no!! I second the chiropractor suggestion...I keep pulling a muscle in my neck and I finally saw a Chiro for it...it took 2 or 3 visits but it started feeling better SO MUCH faster than the times I waited for it to heal on its own.

Thanks everyone...I'm getting around better today...it's still tender but I'm standing up straight for the first time in 4 days lol. Tuesday was hilarious b/c I was literally crawling from place to place and Ella would get down and crawl with me :)

It's muscle...I had this problem when Avery was around Ella's age...having to carry her around at 33 lbs is not easy on my back lol.
