I know I probably ask this every year - forgive me...

I am doing a cookie swap and need to make 13 dozen cookies :O :O :O

What is the easiest (but still yummy) recipe you got??

I did Chocolate Chip Walnut last year for the one my MIL and I hosted.

This year I'm not sure.

I'll have to dig the recipe out for you, if you want it. Just drop cookies, so pretty easy.

These are super easy. We call them boiled cookies, but they call them No Bake Cookies in this recipe.

ahh no bakes! I NEVER think of doing those.. totally doing it this time though. TYTY. Gonna search around and see if I can manage to find a recipe without peanut butter since I think there are some allergies..

i did peppermint bark one year - it's super easy and folks loved it. you could also do the pretzel rods dipped in chocolate with sprinkles...

Here's my favorite (which I've probably posted here before): Jenn's Cookies (http://misskim.typepad.com/justmisskim/2008/11/recipe.html) You can use holiday M&Ms to make them festive. Also, throw in a box of instant vanilla pudding. I don't bake anything without adding instant pudding anymore. It really gives cookies and cakes that extra *something.*

P.S. Makes a ton of cookies. The original recipe estimates six dozen.

You could do cake-mix cookies. Super easy.

Poop cookies!

Well I think they're actually called Haystacks, but we call them poop cookies. They are one of our favs - no bake and super easy! They're even good frozen. Haystack recipe (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Haystacks-I/Detail.aspx) - we don't use nuts in ours, but the recipe is quite similar.

I like to make thumbprint cookies. My DD loves to help make the thumbprints, and I can change them up a bit by using different jams for the centers. :)

I agree with the cake mix cookie suggestion. They are real easy and you have the freedom to change the cookie flavor just by the cake mix you select (white, lemon, chocolate). The one I use is simple.

1 pound (4 sticks) of butter or mararine
2 3/4 cups of flour
1 package (18.25 ounces) cake mix

Mix the flour and cake mix together. Soften you margarine until it's almost pourable, then mix it in to the dry ingredients. These can be rolled out and cut with a cookier cutter, formed into cookies using a cookie press or just shaped into drops. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes depending on the size of your cookies. Super easy.
