This past weekend we had some gorgeous weather. Jordan worked on our fence all weekend, but took some time out to clean up all the leaves in the front yard. This means we had our 3rd annual "Tigah-now plays in the leaf pile" photo session :)

I just love her silly ear in this one, lol. She LOVES that ball, it's going on 3 years old!

You're sooo sweet...:)

I shoot in RAW, I opened it up in ACR (Adobe Camera Raw), bumped up exposure until the histogram was correct (just a tiny bit!)...and voila. That's it.

It's all about the lighting. This just happened to be perfect. I took a bunch of others where the light wasn't reflecting back in here eyes and they all look dull and lifeless in comparison.

I've been working really hard on photography for about 2 years now...it's finally paying off!

Oh, and then there's the lens...the $1300 lens that I rented. *sigh*...a girl can dream, right?? LOL! It's the 24-70mm f2.8L. It rocks my world. :w00t:

I own my camera for two years now, but only this year I got a bit better. Or my PS skills got better. Probably both. LOL P365 made me take it out a lot more. I'm super exited though, a close friend wants sexy photos as a christmas present and asked me to do them. That's going to be hilarious. Hope I will produce anything frame worthy.

I rented that lens too Beckie...I did really like how my pics turned out, but I needed to rent it for longer and get more practice :) I totally think I am going to bu it with my tax return......and everybody' pics are awesome!!!! I love to see your funny puppy dog Col!

Everyone's photos are just fabulous!!! I only graduated to a DSLR back in April and got an Olympus E-420...not as fancy as a Nikon/Canon but way better than what I had:thumbup: All were taken with the kit lens (14-42mm but on Aperature priority except for the last one)

Here are my kiddo's from Halloween~I used M4H actions on all of them and just basic editing..well just cuz they are awesome.
