as of today I have 10 working days left until I am officially retired....kinda scary and hard to believe that 20 years ago I got myself on a train and was headed for Navy boot camp...I have to say it has been rough and hard at times, but it sure is nice to retire at the age of 40 and start another career...the best part was I got a wonderful husband,4 beautiful children and a FABULOUS extended family close by {Matt's family} all beacuse of the Navy!....thanks for letting me share :)

I will probably stay in the medical field doing something for a couple of years and I hope once the youngest {he is 3 now} is in 1st grade {so they are all in school full time} to really open my own photography business..that would be my dream job! So I am hoping in that 2 years to get some more knowledge, setup stuff, experience and clients to be able to do it steadily when that time comes :) so we will see :)
