Not only kits can be bought twice :-)

This is just a silly post, but if you sometimes bought the same kit twice, you'll know what I want to say...

I love doing compilations, but sometimes they take ages to make (read: two to three years) as I'm that kind of person who is happy when doing loads of projects at once... and I take my time to finish them (it's great to finish something, but I simply need to start something new at that point).

So, I've just discovered that I bought some mp3s that I had already bought 2 years ago. This adds up to my list of double purchases - we've had scrapbooking kits, CDs, DVDs... now we have mp3s. :-)))

I was more amused than worried when I found out, because that's just so typical. In the above, I forgot to mention double books. Happened to me a couple of times, too. :-)

Lol I've bought songs from iTunes more than once because I forgot I had it and made a new account so it didn't register that I already had it!

At Christmas the kids wanted a telescope so I reserved one at one shop to pick it up and did the same for another shop but didn't realise until I got home so now they have 2! :)

You beat me! That's a much better story than any of my double purchases. :-)

I find that most often this happens with things I delay to buy - those that have been sitting in my WL for so long that I managed to buy them, not to delete them from the WL and buy them again after some time since I'm that forgetful.

Thanks. I wasn't exactly excited on finding out, but happily it was such a small amount that it actually made me smile rather than frown.
